본 약관은 유나스토어(이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 온라인 스토어 및 관련 서비스의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 이용자는 본 약관에 동의함으로써 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

1. 정의

  • “사이트/서비스”란 회사가 제공하는 웹사이트, 모바일 페이지, 계정 시스템, 주문·결제·배송·고객지원 기능을 말합니다.
  • “회원/이용자”란 사이트를 이용하는 자를 말하며, 비회원 구매자를 포함합니다.
  • “상품”이란 회사가 판매·제공하는 재화 또는 디지털 콘텐츠를 말합니다.

2. 약관의 변경

회사는 법령 및 서비스 정책 변경 등을 반영하여 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 변경 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

3. 회원 계정 및 자격

  • 회원은 정확하고 최신의 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 보안을 유지해야 합니다.
  • 부정 사용, 법령·본 약관 위반 시 회사는 계정 제한·해지 및 주문 취소 등을 할 수 있습니다.

4. 상품 정보, 가격 및 결제

  • 상품의 상세, 가격, 재고는 사전 통지 없이 변동될 수 있습니다.
  • 오표기·시스템 오류 등 명백한 착오가 있을 경우 회사는 주문을 취소하거나 정정할 수 있으며, 결제금액은 원복됩니다.
  • 쿠폰·포인트 등 프로모션의 조건과 유효기간은 개별 고지에 따르며, 부정 사용이 확인되면 회수 또는 취소될 수 있습니다.

5. 주문의 성립 및 거절

  • 회사는 재고 부족, 결제 승인 실패, 배송 불가 지역, 수입 제한, 사기 의심 등 합리적 사유가 있는 경우 주문을 거절·취소할 수 있습니다.

6. 배송, 위험이전 및 통관

  • 모든 주문은 국제 배송을 전제로 하며, 배송기간은 운송사·통관 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
  • 수령 지연, 주소 오류, 수취 거부 등 이용자 사유로 반송·지연이 발생한 비용은 이용자에게 부과될 수 있습니다.
  • 한국 수입 통관 시 개인통관고유부호(PCCC) 제공이 필요할 수 있으며, 미제공으로 인한 지연·추가비용은 이용자 부담이 될 수 있습니다.

7. 취소·환불·교환

취소·환불·교환 조건은 별도의 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 본 약관과 환불 정책이 상충하는 경우 환불 정책이 우선합니다.

8. 사용자 콘텐츠(리뷰 등)

  • 이용자는 이용자가 작성한 리뷰·질문·이미지 등 해당 콘텐츠가 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보장합니다.
  • 이용자는 회사에 대해 해당 콘텐츠를 서비스 운영·홍보 목적의 범위 내에서 전 세계적·비독점적·무상으로 이용(복제·배포·전시·2차적저작물 작성)할 수 있는 권리를 부여합니다.
  • 불법·저작권 침해·혐오·비방·음란 등 부적절한 콘텐츠는 예고 없이 제거될 수 있습니다.

9. 금지 행위

  • 법령 위반, 타인의 권리 침해, 사기·결제부정, 서비스 장애 유발(스크래핑·봇 등 과도한 트래픽 포함)
  • 상품의 무단 대량 구매·재판매, 가격·리뷰 조작
  • 보안 기능 우회, 소스코드 리버스 엔지니어링

10. 지적재산권

사이트의 디자인·텍스트·이미지·로고·소프트웨어 등은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자의 지적재산입니다. 명시적 허가 없이 사용·복제·배포를 금지합니다.

11. 보증의 부인 및 책임의 제한

  • 법이 허용하는 최대한의 범위에서, 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 상업성·특정 목적 적합성·비침해에 대한 명시적·묵시적 보증을 부인합니다.
  • 간접·우발·특별·결과적 손해(이익 손실 포함)에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 전체 책임은 해당 주문에서 이용자가 실제 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.

12. 제재 및 계약 해지

이용자가 본 약관 또는 법령을 위반하는 경우 회사는 사전 통지 없이 서비스 이용 제한, 주문 취소, 계정 해지 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

13. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 회사의 소재지 국가 및 지역(미국) 법을 기본 준거법으로 합니다.

14. 불가항력

천재지변, 전염병, 전쟁, 정부 규제, 통관 지연, 물류 파업, 통신 장애 등 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 이행 지연·불이행에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

15. 분리 가능성 및 양도

본 약관의 일부가 무효·집행불능이더라도 나머지 조항은 계속 유효합니다. 회사는 서비스 운영 상 필요한 범위에서 본 약관상의 권리·의무를 제3자에게 양도할 수 있습니다.

These Terms set the conditions for using the online store and related services operated by Euna Store (“Company”). By agreeing to these Terms, you may use the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Site/Services” means the website, mobile pages, account system, ordering, payments, shipping, and customer support provided by the Company.

  • In cases of obvious errors (misprints/system faults), the Company may cancel or correct orders; payments will be reversed accordingly.
  • Promotions such as coupons/points are subject to posted terms and validity; misuse may result in revocation or cancellation.

5. Order Acceptance and Refusal

  • The Company may refuse or cancel orders for reasonable reasons, including lack of stock, payment authorization failure, restricted destinations, import limits, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping, Risk Transfer, and Customs

  • All orders are processed as international shipments; delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and customs.
  • Costs arising from delay, address errors, or refusal to receive due to the user’s reasons may be charged to the user.
  • For imports into Korea, a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) may be required; delays or costs from non-provision may be borne by the user.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

Conditions for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges follow a separate refund policy. If these Terms conflict with the refund policy, the refund policy prevails.

8. User Content (Reviews, etc.)

  • You warrant that reviews, questions, images, and other content you submit do not infringe others’ rights.
  • You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content within the scope of operating and promoting the Services (including reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works).
  • Unlawful or inappropriate content (e.g., infringement, hate speech, defamation, obscenity) may be removed without notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violations of law, infringement of others’ rights, fraud/payment abuse, interference with the Services (including excessive scraping/bot traffic)
  • Unauthorized bulk purchasing/reselling; manipulation of prices or reviews
  • Circumventing security; reverse engineering of source code

10. Intellectual Property

The Site’s designs, text, images, logos, and software are the intellectual property of the Company or lawful rights holders. Use, reproduction, or distribution without express permission is prohibited.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits). The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant order.

12. Enforcement and Termination

If a user violates these Terms or applicable law, the Company may restrict service use, cancel orders, or terminate accounts without prior notice.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country and region where the Company is located (United States).

14. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, governmental regulations, customs delays, logistics strikes, or network outages.

15. Severability and Assignment

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The Company may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms as needed for service operations.
